How do I return or exchange a product?
All Ambiance by Avery Candles are entirely hand-made. We take pride in the quality of our candles and fragrance essentials and, most importantly, your complete satisfaction with your purchase. All Ambiance by Avery products are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return your purchase, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Please note: The product must be claimed for returns or exchanges within 14 days upon receipt of goods. No exchanges, returns, or refunds after 14 days. You will not be refunded for the return shipping costs. You'll just need to repack the gift in its original packaging with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:
